Todd Kirby, Partner

Todd Kirby was born in Beckley, West Virginia, and spent his childhood in Fairdale. After attending Liberty High School, Todd continued his education at Marshall University, where he received degrees in Political Science and History in 2007. Todd later attended Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia, where he earned a Juris Doctor and developed a passion for family law, which he chose as his main area of practice.

After admission to the West Virginia Bar Association, Todd returned to the Beckley area to establish his own law office. His main professional goal is to provide affordable, client-centered legal services to the community members of Southern West Virginia. He works to provide results for his clients while also ensuring that they feel comfortable and informed throughout the duration of their case.

Lindsey Ashley Thompson, Partner

Lindsey Caroline Ashley Thompson was born and raised in Pineville, Wyoming County, West Virginia. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from West Virginia University in 2010. She received her degree as Juris Doctor from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia in 2013. Lindsey passed the bar examination in July 2013 and was admitted by the WV State Bar to practice law in West Virginia. She served as the Young Lawyers Representative for the Wyoming County and McDowell County district for the WV State Bar from 2014 to 2016.

Lindsey’s most important role is mother to her son, Case and daughter Evangeline. Lindsey is happily married to the love of her life, Josh Thompson. Josh is also an attorney. Lindsey is a lifelong member of Cook Memorial Baptist Church. She enjoys playing tennis, fishing, hunting, and watching Mountaineer football and basketball.

Lindsey’s primary areas of practice include family law and personal injury.

Beth Phillips

Beth was born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia. She attended Bluefield State College to pursue a degree in Social Work. She currently resides in Shady Spring, West Virginia, with her husband, Shane, and their two dogs, Dega and Winston. She enjoys cooking, baking, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
